  • TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in safely activating a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. When activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance, calming down the nervous system. It is based on the fundamental idea, backed by research, that stress, tension, and trauma are both psychological and physical.   • Neurogenic Yoga™ is a simple, gentle and profound practice that facilities the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional stress and tension. During a Neurogenic Yoga™ practice, we safely self-induce therapeutic vibration using yoga postures and breath. Often vibration begins in the legs and may spread throughout the entire body.

  • Change your life one breath at a time. Breathing is life care. Breathwork offers a delicious comfort deep inside the body, activating your parasympathetic nervous system. It's life-changing and has a profound impact on the body; it affects your immunity, sleep, skin, and gut health.

    There's no doubt, every time you inhale, you boost the flow of oxygen and nutrients to your cells to help nourish and rejuvenate your body. The stress-relieving properties of breath-work can ease inflammation, which reduces tension and increases blood flow. Deep breathing also stimulates your lymphatic system to help your skin, flush out toxins, and reduce swelling.

  • Also known as Neuro Vascular Rewire, each Healing Touch session is focused not only on physical healing but also emotional, mental and spiritual concerns. Every nook and cranny of your fascia (the communication system of the body) is cared for. Helping to keep the fascia fluid and flowing continuously to maintain smooth and optimal functioning. It is the ultimate transportation system that delivers nutrients to cells and transfers energy and frequency vibrations from one part of the body to the next. It is clear that fascia impacts your body in numerous, often unexpected ways and requires maintenance to function correctly.

  • Neurowiring is a series of modalities and practices where you can safely learn to navigate, process and release old patterns that no longer serve you.

  • No! Each of my modalities is customized to your unique abilities and strengths. Please be sure to list any chronic injuries, and any health concerns on your pre-session questionnaire.

  • This all depends on the individual and will be discussed after the initial assessment. However, even occasional use of TRE has been proven to be beneficial in reducing deeply held muscular tension.

  • Prepare your mind.

    Prioritizing yourself and your health and happiness may be a new, uncomfortable feeling for you.

    The purpose of these sessions are to help you slow down, ground, and listen to what your body and mind are asking you for.

    It’s ok to show up in a frazzled or stressed state, but bring an open-mind and a willingness to step outside your comfort-zone.

    Prepare your body.

    The modalities I use are designed for ALL bodies - meaning you do not need to be at any advanced level of strength or flexibility.

    For maximum comfort please wear soft, breathable clothing such as yoga attire. Please have an extra layer or two available nearby.

    You will be using your muscles throughout the session, so some next-day soreness is normal and natural. Please drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session.

    Prepare your space (if virtual)

    If meeting online, we will be using Zoom - a video conferencing system. Please be sure to follow the instructions at Zoom.us if you’ve never connected before.

    For maximum value, please choose an open, quiet, and well-lit place where you feel safe, calm, and free from distractions.

    You’ll need a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and yoga props (optional). Having Kleenex and water nearby are also recommended.

  • I understand that life can happen unexpectedly, so if you are unable to make a session, please contact me to cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before your session time. Please note that a $100 cancellation/ no-show fee will be charged if you're unable to give 24 hr notice.
